This is an incredibly sweet widget that I found earlier - its the Who’s Amung Us widget (here). It is
a real time traffic analyzer that shows the current visitors who is on the site at the actual moment. It has three main features:

1) What pages - see what pages people are actually looking at right now. Someone could be looking at the “about us” section, while another person is looking at the “archives” section.

2) Graph - See the graph of when people have visited your site. Note: you may have 24 people visit your website in a day, but if they were all at different times, the number will be shown as “1″ because at any given moment, only 1 person has been on your site.

3) Map - See on a global map where people are viewing your site from. You can see by normal, heatmap, cluster, or day/night. These are all very neat to see as well.

Here is my widget:

If you are a webmaster and want an additional widget to put on your website or for statistics reporting, like Google analytics (but much simpler) - use this!
